2020-03 Administration Abuse / Mismanagement This case details the 2020 retroactive investigation into the 2013 departure of Co-Founder. While the departure was initially recorded as a voluntary exit to pursue other gaming communities, subsequent evidence revealed a sophisticated pattern of internal manipulation by the sitting Community Manager at that time.
2025-10-DA0014 Enforcement of Zero-Tolerance Policy This case involved a significant breach of Community Regulations and ICD Conduct Standards by a group of approximately 16 members. The individuals engaged in public discussions and behaviors that directly contradicted the U.S.F.U.® founding values of neutrality, respect, and inclusivity. Specifically, the conduct included the normalization of harassment and misogyny, creating an environment that was fundamentally "un-cozy" and hostile toward the general membership. View Summary
