JOINING REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16 or older
• Must join Discord and type /apply
• Must accept SOP & integrity protocols
• Must acknowledge PCT screening process

INTAKE PHASES

[PHASE I] — INITIATION

• Assigned Rank: "RCT/INI" (Recruit Operative)
• Requirements: Setup gamertag format, and acknowledge SOP compliance.
• Introductory Briefing: Conducted by SEO, XO, DCOM, DIVCOM, ICD, SL, or assigned onboarding officer.
• Behavior & Skill Assessment: PCT will issued as baseline.

[PHASE II] — OBSERVATION

• Trial Period: 14 days minimum depending on activity.
• Operative Shadowing: Recruit follows assigned onboarding operative.

Below is a list of active U.S.F.U.® divisions currently seeking new Operators. Each Task Force / Division has its own operational style, leadership tier, and specialty. Choose your path.

TASK FORCE PHOENIX - [CASUAL]

• 🟢 Operators (OP): General members free to jump into any game or activity, focused on fun, teamwork, and enjoying time with fellow gamers.
• 🟢 Strike Leaders (SL): Casual leaders who organize gaming sessions, keep things running smoothly, and help everyone get the most out of their time together.

TASK FORCE HADES – [ARMA 3]

• 🟢 Operators (OP): Core combat personnel covering infantry, specialized units, pilots, and Zeus controllers, with no role restrictions and open positions available for every operation.
• 🟢 Specialized Roles (SFO): Experts in advanced fields such as breaching, heavy weapons, demolitions, or support tasks, providing critical capabilities to the team.
• 🟡 Pilots (AVI): Skilled aircrew trained to operate helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, and UAVs, enabling rapid transport, fire support, and aerial reconnaissance.
• 🟡 Recon Agents (RA): Stealth-focused operatives specializing in intelligence gathering, forward observation, and precision strikes behind enemy lines.
• 🟡 Strike Leaders (SL): Tactical leaders responsible for directing squads, coordinating assaults, and ensuring mission objectives are achieved under pressure.

TASK FORCE VALKYRIE – [Ready or Not]

• 🟢 Operators (OP): Core tactical officers handling entry, room clearing, arrests, and dynamic actions, with no role restrictions during operations.
• 🟢 Specialized Roles (SFO): Operators trained in advanced breaching, ballistic shields, less-lethal tools, or marksman support, providing mission flexibility.
• 🟢 Strike Leaders (SL): Team leaders who command entry stacks, coordinate tactical clears, and maintain discipline under high-risk situations.

HUMAN CAPITAL ACQUISITIONS DIVISION - [Recruitment]

• 🟢 Operators (OP): Recruiters and support staff responsible for welcoming newcomers, guiding them through onboarding, and maintaining community growth.
• 🔴 Strike Leaders (SL): Division leaders who coordinate outreach, manage applicant processing, and ensure smooth integration of new operatives.

INTERNAL COMPLIANCE DIVISION – [Community Security]

• 🟡 Compliance Officer: Monitors community trends and morale
