• 1.1 Everyone deserves to feel welcome. Treat others with respect — no slurs, harassment, or demeaning language of any kind.
• 1.2 Arguments, toxic behavior, or disruption in chat or voice channels are not tolerated. If issues arise, reach out to Staff instead of engaging further.
• 1.3 Respect toward Community Staff and Administration is essential. Concerns or disagreements should be shared through the proper channels, not public disputes.
• 1.4 Avoid forming exclusive groups, abusing authority, or altering community spaces without approval.
• 1.5 Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any personal trait is prohibited.
• 1.6 Use inclusive and kind language that promotes a safe, friendly environment for all members.
• 1.7 Harassment, bullying, or targeted negativity — in text, voice, or video — leads to immediate review and action under ICD procedures.
• 1.8 Retaliation against anyone who reports misconduct is strictly forbidden.
• 1.9 Leaders are expected to foster a healthy, respectful culture. Ignoring or enabling toxic behavior will lead to accountability under ICD review.

REGULATION 2: USE OF AUTHORITY AND SPECIAL ACCESS

• 2.1 Members with Staff, ICD, or special permissions must use their access only for official U.S.F.U.® purposes..
• 2.2 Unauthorized changes to community spaces, assets, or channels are not permitted.
• 2.3 Power or permissions may never be used for personal benefit, drama, or manipulation on U.S.F.U.® platforms.

REGULATION 3: MEDIA, STREAMING, AND COMMUNICATION

• 3.1 Keep voice channels clear of disruptive noises or random media playback.
• 3.2 Sharing harmful, explicit, or NSFW content is not allowed.
• 3.3 Streaming or recording official U.S.F.U.® events requires prior approval from the Public Affairs Officer or Head Administration.
• 3.4 Communication tools are meant for coordination, connection, and fun — not conflict or disruption.
• 3.5 All shared content must reflect the community’s values of respect, inclusion, and professionalism.
• 3.6 Hate speech, doxxing, or harassment will trigger immediate ICD action.
• 3.7 Never share someone’s private information without explicit consent.

REGULATION 4: PRIVACY AND DIGITAL SECURITY

• 4.1 Sharing personal info is optional and at your own discretion. U.S.F.U.® is not responsible for external data misuse.
• 4.2 Keep your accounts secure — actions taken on your account are your responsibility.
• 4.3 Do not record or stream private conversations without consent from all parties involved.
• 4.4 Any unauthorized access or tampering with data or systems is a serious offense.
• 4.5 Members must not view or share materials beyond their clearance or access level.
• 4.6 Members are encouraged to stay familiar with basic cybersecurity and account safety procedures.

REGULATION 5: CHAIN OF COMMAND AND STAFF STRUCTURE

• 5.1 Issues or questions should follow the proper chain: Gamer → Member → Member II → Senior Member → Staff in Training (SiT) → Staff → Senior Staff → Junior Admin → Admin → Head Administration
• 5.2 Rank skipping or self-promotion without review is not permitted.
• 5.3 Anonymous reporting options exist to ensure safety and privacy.
• 5.4 Staff are required to complete regular training in diversity, inclusivity, and integrity.
• 5.5 Conflicts are resolved through ICD mediation or support systems — never personal confrontation.
• 5.6 Whistleblowers reporting misconduct are protected by policy.
• 5.7 Mental health and operational stress resources are available to members when needed.

REGULATION 6: INACTIVITY AND LEAVE OF ABSENCE

• 6.1 Members inactive for 14+ days should submit a Leave of Absence (LoA) to Staff.
• 6.2 Members inactive for 45+ days without LoA may be temporarily removed or demoted.
• 6.3 LoAs may extend up to 90 days, with longer extensions requiring Admin approval. (We understand life happens — communication keeps the community fair for everyone.)

REGULATION 7: OTHER COMMUNITIES AND OUTSIDE INVOLVEMENT

• 7.1 Dual membership with other communities is welcome for members below Staff in Training(SiT).
• 7.2 Staff and higher ranks may not hold leadership positions in other gaming organizations but can still participate casually elsewhere.
• 7.3 Recruiting for other groups within U.S.F.U.® spaces is prohibited.

REGULATION 8: SAFETY, TRANSPARENCY, AND ACCOUNTABILITY

• 8.1 The Internal Compliance Division (ICD) handles community conduct, fairness, and inclusivity oversight.
• 8.2 Major incidents are reviewed through official ICD tribunal procedures.
• 8.3 Anonymous reporting options ensure protection and confidentiality.
• 8.4 Leadership must act promptly on reports of harassment, discrimination, or safety threats.
• 8.5 Serious threats to community safety trigger immediate administrative lockdown and investigation.
• 8.6 ICD may release anonymous transparency reports to maintain community trust.

REGULATION 9: USERNAMES AND IDENTITY

• 9.1 All members must use the standard format across Discord and game platforms: [Name/Tag] | USFU (Example: Viper | USFU)
• 9.2 Names should be clean, lore-friendly, and free of inappropriate or offensive content.
• 9.3 Avoid meme or joke names, unrelated clan tags, or political/religious references.
• 9.4 Members have 48 hours after acceptance to update their Callsign format or will be flagged by ICD.
• 9.5 Members active in multiple games should maintain consistency when possible.
• 9.6 Staff and Admins must always set the standard by using compliant usernames and indentities.
• 9.7 Failure to comply may result in a verbal or written warning by ICD.

DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS OVERVIEW

• Verbal/Written Warning: Friendly correction for minor issues.
• Temporary Restriction: Loss of specific privileges for a set time.
• DA Report Record: Official ICD documentation of repeated violations.
• ICD Tribunal Hearing: For serious or repeated offenses.
• Permanent Ban & Data Seal: Applied for severe or malicious violations.

All actions undergo fair review by the Administration Team and ICD.
