1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Umbrella Special Forces Unit® Systems ("USFUGC", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any of our services — including but not limited to hosted email, file storage, communication tools, and community portals — you agree to be legally bound by this Terms of Service (ToS) and our Privacy Policy. These policies exist to maintain a secure, inclusive, and compliant operational environment.

2. ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTIONS

• You must be at least 16 years old to access or register.
• Our services may include content aligned with ESRB Mature (M) or Adults Only (AO) ratings.
• If you are discovered to be underage, your account and data will be deleted immediately without notice.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY & USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• Account sharing, identity misrepresentation, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
• You must notify us immediately of any breach or suspicious activity related to your account.

4. DATA COLLECTION, USE, AND PRIVACY

USFUGC Systems collects essential data to operate and improve our services, including:

• Username, email address, login timestamps, service usage logs, IP address, and device metadata
• Service-related performance analytics
• Error logs and support interactions

We will never sell your data. All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Data may be reviewed for moderation, compliance, and technical optimization. See Section 12 for full details under our Privacy Policy.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Uploading or distributing illegal or pirated content
• Phishing, fraud, or impersonation
• Circumventing system protections (e.g., hacking or reverse engineering)
• Deploying unauthorized bots, scrapers, or malware
• Hosting services that abuse CPU, bandwidth, or system stability

Violations may result in suspension or termination without warning.

6. COMMUNITY INCLUSIVITY & NON-DISCRIMINATION

USFUGC is committed to fostering a safe and diverse digital ecosystem. We do not tolerate:

• Discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, orientation, or disability
• Targeting marginalized groups, including LGBTQ+ and other protected identities

We reserve the right to permanently ban users who violate these standards.

7. EMAIL, STORAGE, AND APPLICATION POLICIES

• Specific users receive access to tools such as email (e.g., admin@usfugc.com), storage, and database instances.
• Usage limits (e.g., 2GB inbox, storage quotas, app container limits) may apply depending on your account.
• Abuse of these services — including spam, phishing, or automation — will result in immediate termination.

8. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Our services may integrate with third-party tools including, but not limited to:

• Discord, GitHub, Stripe/PayPal, and public or private APIs.

We are not liable for third-party content, outages, or privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing any third-party agreements separately.

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & LIABILITY

While we aim for high uptime, we do not guarantee 24/7 service availability.

USFUGC shall not be liable for:

• Downtime, maintenance, or server interruptions
• Data loss or security events beyond our control
• External attacks or force majeure events

Use of our services is at your own risk.

10. MODERATION, ENFORCEMENT, AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend, throttle, or delete any account that violates these terms
• Remove or block access to content at our discretion
• Permanently ban users for conduct deemed harmful, toxic, or malicious

All moderation decisions made by USFUGC Administrative Command are final.

11. PAYMENT, SUBSCRIPTIONS & REFUND POLICY

• Payments may be required for premium-tier services, server instances, or custom deployments.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees before access is granted.
• No refunds will be issued, including for cases where access is revoked due to violations of our Terms, Privacy Policy, or Community Regulations.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your information:

12.1 Information We Collect:

• Name (if provided), email address
• Account metadata: login history, session tokens, device data
• Analytics: platform usage, error logs, page interactions
• Any support communications or feedback

12.2 How We Use Your Data:

• To deliver, secure, and improve services
• For moderation, support, and policy enforcement
• Internal analytics and system optimization

12.3 Data Security:

• Disk-level and user-level encryption of stored data

• We do not respond to speculative or non-binding requests.

• Deletion requests may require verification and will result in service termination.

• Deleted accounts are purged from backups after 30 days.

USFUGC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or login banner when material changes occur. Your continued use of the platform implies consent to the most current version of this agreement.
